Hidden Gem: We wanted a peaceful honeymoon away from the city and we found it at this resort. The tranquil surroundings and comfortable amenities made our stay truly memorable. The regular shuttle service to the MRT station and the on-site supermarket were convenient perks. We especially enjoyed the spacious room with its zen-like balcony overlooking the golf course.

Limited TV Channels: One drawback was the limited number of TV channels available. We found some channels were missing, which was a bit disappointing.

Three swimming pools, including excellent kids pool. Pleasant green setting, large room with balcony, supermarket on site, kids playroom.

Quite noisy in mornings due to machines maintaining golf course close to rooms, also cleaning staff talking quite loudly in room next door (or maybe it was other guests...).

The hotel's decoration was lovely, with a touch of elegance and charm. The general areas were well-maintained and spacious, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. The accessibility features such as ramps and handrails were thoughtful and greatly appreciated.

It would have been even better if the children working there could have been more attentive and responsive to the needs of senior guests.

I like the peacefulness and big rooms.

Unfortunately the reservation staff had made errors on my billing on two occassions. Last stay, they triple-charged me. This stay, they under- charged me. Otherwise, it would be a perfect stay.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The floral arrangements and soft color palettes added a touch of elegance to the entire place. The hotel was also very senior-friendly, with easy access to elevators and spacious corridors that made it comfortable for me to navigate.

I would have appreciated if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of the senior guests. It would have been better if they were more proactive in offering assistance and making sure that we felt welcomed and valued during our stay.

The hotel had beautiful grounds and swimming pools, perfect for relaxing. The spacious and clean rooms with a balcony overlooking the golf course were an added advantage. The location was also great, away from the city but close to attractions like zoos, making it an ideal spot for families.

The staff were not very friendly and accommodating, and had poor communication skills. The bathroom had issues with cleanliness, and the soundproofing in the room was inadequate as one could hear noise from outside, next door or above.

I recently attended a wedding reception at this luxurious hotel and was impressed by its location. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Royal Palm restaurant, where the wedding dinner was held. I also had the chance to spend some time bowling in the hotel's alley, which was a great experience. The staff in both the restaurant and the alley were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel's setting, surrounded by a beautiful garden, added to the overall charm of the venue.

This place offers top-notch service and a range of amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

it was the best of all having a marvallus & peacefull envirement.we have enjoyed a lot.orchid make our trip an idealistic stay.

no thing was wrong at orchid but absence of service porter make a difficulty to bring our lagage ourselves

water basin controlled till tooooo low pressure till frustrated to wash hand, face. room diea not come with breakfast package. no flexibility for late check out. poor system have to wait for the check out day only able to check if allowed fot late check out.
